Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Supervise a team of accountants and provide day-to-day guidance
• 
  
• Manage full-cycle accounting, ensuring accurate and GAAP-compliant financial reporting
• 
  
• Oversee payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions
• 
  
• Lead monthly close process, including reconciliations and preparation of financial reports for leadership
• 
  
• Monitor budgets, cash flow, and grant-related activity to ensure compliance
• 
  
• Support the annual audit and maintain strong internal controls across all accounting processes
• 
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• 
  
• Prior supervisory experience
• 
  
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
•
