Target Compensation for the Senior Accountant:
$75,000 - $110,000 + bonus
Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant:
- Lead month-end close activities, journal entries, and account reconciliations
• Prepare and analyze financial reports and supporting schedules
• Investigate variances and resolve accounting discrepancies
• Support audits, financial projects, and business initiatives
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of accounting experience with strong general ledger knowledge
• Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
