We are seeking a seasoned Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining the general ledger, executing cost accounting activities, and preparing accurate financial reports. Job Details

1. Oversee and manage the general ledger.
2. Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
3. Implement and maintain cost accounting systems, procedures, and policies.
4. Review and reconcile complex general ledger accounts.
5. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
6. Assist with budget preparation and financial planning processes.
7. Support with internal and external auditing procedures.
8. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and guidelines.
9. Collaborate with other departments and team members to optimize financial procedures.
10. Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for decision making.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A Master's degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is a plus.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or related field, preferably within the Manufacturing industry.
3. Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
4. Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), financial reporting, general ledger functions, and cost accounting.
5. Excellent analytical skills with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex accounting issues.
7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
8. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
9. Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
10. High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
