What you'll do
Own general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and analysis
Support monthly and quarterly close processes, variance analysis, and continuous improvement
Prepare investment income schedules, internal management reports, and SEC filings (10-K/10-Q)
Manage weekly balance sheet recaps, ACH processes, subsequent events, and pipeline reconciliations
Contribute to investor and analyst presentation materials and special projects
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Master's or MBA a plus)
CPA or actively pursuing preferred
2–4 years of accounting and financial reporting experience
Strong GAAP knowledge, advanced Excel skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive under tight deadlines
Self-starter with strong organizational, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities
