Position SummaryThe Senior Accountant plays a key role in managing the financial accounting activities within an industrial environment. This position is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with accounting standards, and supporting operational teams with financial analysis.Key ResponsibilitiesDaily workPerform general ledger activities: journal entries, accruals, provisions, and reconciliations.Account receivables and payables: processing invoices and receipts, checking and recording payments, dunning, etc.Bank accounts: bookkeeping, preparation of bank reconciliations and monitoring of cash flow levels.Payroll accounts: participate in payroll processing in relation to an external service provider, recording and payment of expense reports.Intercompany transactions: registration, reciprocity check, and payments.Other accounts: bookkeeping and control.Analysis and reportingSupport the Managing Director in evaluating the company's performance and profitability.Prepare and review the quarterly accounting situation in accordance with Group standards.Prepare and review the annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP (with the support of an external accounting and tax firm).Qualifications & SkillsEducation & Experience5+ years of experience in accounting, ideally in an industrial environment.Fluent English speaker: mandatoryKnowledge of French: an advantageTechnical SkillsAdvanced knowledge of accounting principles.Operational Excel skills.Experience with ERP systems (such as SAP, for example).Soft SkillsOrganizational skills, ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.What we offerHybrid modele policy / 401 (K) / Health insurance plan#J-18808-Ljbffr
