Salary: $70,000 – $80,000

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Lead month-end close, prepare financial statements, and maintain general ledger integrity
• 
  
• Oversee A/R, A/P, and cash flow processes including billing, collections, and vendor payments
• 
  
• Manage fund accounting, endowment reporting, and inter-fund reconciliations
• 
  
• Support payroll processing and ensure proper allocation of expenses across programs and grants
• 
  
• Assist with audits, compliance, and preparation of reports for leadership, board, and external stakeholders
• 
  

Qualifications:

• 
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 
  
• 5+ years of accounting experience, ideally within nonprofit or fund accounting
• 
  
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, Excel, and accounting systems
