Key Responsibilities
Financial Close & Reporting
- Lead portions of monthly, quarterly, and annual close
- Prepare/review journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
- Analyze and investigate variances
Multi-Entity Accounting
- Support multiple entities, including intercompany activity
- Ensure consistent accounting treatment
- Partner with operations on financial drivers
Controls & Technical Accounting
- Maintain GAAP compliance and strengthen internal controls
- Support audits and resolve control gaps
Leadership & Process Improvement
- Mentor junior staff and review work
- Drive process improvements and standardization
What You Bring- Bachelors in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years public accounting or 6+ years industry experience
- Strong GAAP and financial reporting knowledge
- Multi-entity experience
- SAP experience
- Advanced Excel
- High attention to detail and critical thinking ability
Preferred: CPA, Big 4 background, manufacturing experience, SAP (FICO/MM)
