Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to support the financial operations of our manufacturing facility. This on-site role is responsible for accurate financial reporting, general ledger oversight, and close activities, with a strong emphasis on inventory, cost accounting, and manufacturing-related transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
  • Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements
  • Maintain the general ledger in accordance with GAAP
  • Perform inventory accounting, including reconciliation of inventory, WIP, and standard cost variances
  • Analyze manufacturing costs, including labor, overhead, and material variances
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
  • 4–7+ years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
