Senior Accountant

Location: Lancaster, PA

Schedule: Fully Onsite

Salary: $75,000-$90,000

A growing organization is seeking a Senior Accountant to join a high-visibility finance team. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of core accounting functions, help improve processes, and grow into a future leadership position.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the general ledger and prepare journal entries
• Perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Assist with month-end and year-end close activities
• Support AP, AR, payroll, and financial reporting
• Track project costs and assist with operational reporting
• Help develop and improve accounting procedures and workflows
• Support audit preparation and compliance activities

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of accounting experience
• Strong general ledger, reconciliation, and month-end close experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with QuickBooks and payroll processing
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Project accounting or experience in a growing environment is a plus
