Worthington, Ohio (Hybrid Schedule)
$80,000 - $90,000 Base Salary + Strong Benefits

Our client is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their growing finance team in the Worthington, Ohio area. Key Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and supporting schedules
Manage month-end and year-end close processes
Perform account reconciliations and general ledger maintenance
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Support audits and financial reporting requirements
Partner with operational leaders to provide financial insights and recommendations

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3+ years of progressive accounting experience
Experience within real estate, property management, healthcare, or senior living industries strongly preferred
Strong understanding of general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting
Proficiency with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
