Overview of the Senior Accountant role:

• 
  
• Own key responsibilities within the month-end close process, including complex journal entries and account reconciliations.
• 
  
• Help ensure financials are reported within the reporting cycle.
• 
  
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial information and operational reporting.
• 
  
• Support quarterly SOX audits, including gathering and preparing documentation.
• 
  
• Participate in inventory cycle counts.
• 
  
• Research and resolve accounting issues and complete various ad hoc financial and accounting projects.
• 
  
• Partner with the accounting and finance team to improve processes and support business needs.
• 
  

Preferred Qualifications for a Senior Accountant:

• 
  
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
• 
  
• 3-4 years of accounting experience, ideally with exposure to public accounting/audit or manufacturing.
• 
  
• Good computer skills, including ERP experience and proficiency in Excel-pivot tables, vlookups, formulas
• 
  
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to take ownership.
• 
  
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• 
  

Salary: $85,000-110,000 annually
