We are currently hiring a Senior Accountant to support an immediate client need in Nashville, TN, with a flexible hybrid schedule available.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for 20+ clients, building strong relationships and understanding their financial needs
- Prepare accurate financial statements and reports, delivering insights to support client performance
- Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping activities, ensuring timely and accurate transaction recording
- Manage accounting projects and collaborate with internal teams to meet client deadlines
- Mentor and support staff accountants through guidance and ongoing training
We are actively seeking applicants that have a minimum of:- 5+ years of experience within a CPA firm, managing 15+ clients simultaneously (bookkeeping and client-facing)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (required)
- Experience within the construction, nonprofit, or restaurant industries is a PLUS
