We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join a growing manufacturing organization. This role will be responsible for supporting financial reporting, reconciliations, inventory accounting, internal controls, and operational financial analysis across multiple facilities.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and distribute accurate accounting entries, financial reports, and reconciliations in a timely manner
Perform monthly reconciliations for inventory, bank accounts, sub-ledgers, and assigned balance sheet accounts
Analyze monthly P&L results and identify trends, variances, and operational impacts
Support internal and external audit requests, including year-end audit preparation and documentation
Coordinate intercompany payable and receivable reconciliations across multiple entities
Support cost accounting activities and manufacturing financial reporting
Provide financial data and reporting support to leadership teams
Assist with payroll approval and reconciliation processes
Document accounting procedures and recommend process improvements
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and plant leadership teams
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
