Senior Accountant

Salary: $120k - $125k plus bonus for a total comp of $132k - $137k

Overview

Responsibilities

·     In accordance with GAAP, prepare quarterly and annual financial statements and disclosures.

·     Reconcile intercompany balances and prepare consolidation entries.

·     Reconcile data and consolidated reports

·     Provide accounting assistance with integration for M&A activities

·     Ensure proper accounting methods of complex accounting issues through research.

·     Implement new accounting standards and reporting requirements.

·     Involvement in Purchase Accounting as it relates to M&A activities

·     Assist with SOX 404 compliance and control improvements.

·     Partner with external auditors.

·     Participate in special projects

Qualifications

·     Bachelor’s degree in accounting.

·     CPA a plus

·     3 - 6 years of public accounting or financial reporting experience

·     10k, 10Q, SEC and GAAP experience

·     Excellent written and verbal communication skills
