Responsibilities
Play a key role in the month end close process
Complete account reconciliations and variance analysis
Collaborate with internal teams on processes and controls.
Research and resolve questions around general ledger activity
Prepare quarter-end close schedules and reporting.
Record monthly and quarterly journal entries.
Liaise between all departments.
Provide backup support for Corporate Accounting functions.
Document processes, procedures, and controls.
Deliver ad hoc analysis and reporting.
Improve processes through automation and AI.
Maintain SOX and internal control compliance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
3+ years of public/private or private accounting experience
Working knowledge of US GAAP
Strong Excel skills
Strong communication skills
