    Overview Team Lead (Direct Clients/Healthcare-AHSA-TRIO/VMS/ HCL) at Yochana IT Solutions INCType: Full-Time (with Benefits)This role requires an experienced accounting professional who can bring strong financial expertise and contribute to a growing team. The Senior Accountant will support treasury, taxation, tax filings and company policies, reporting to the controller in India and supporting the US co-presidents on day-to-day finance matters. The position involves collaboration with the team in India to support requirements involving tax and compliance with US teams. A comprehensive benefits package is provided.Responsibilities Manage daily cash positioning and reconcile actual vs. forecasted cash flows.Monitor and manage daily cash balances, borrowing base availability, and ensure timely execution of payments.Prepare short-term and long-term cash forecasts, analyze variances, and provide context to the Controller.Assist with bank account administration, coordinate with bankers, initiate wire transfers, and liaise with banking partners for operational queries.Handle finance-related interactions with customer teams (AP/Finance) on payment reconciliations, collections, remittance clarifications, and compliance documents (e.g., W-9s, tax certificates) as needed.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax filings in coordination with external tax advisors.Assist in preparing management reports, variance analyses, and KPIs for leadership.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and strengthen internal controls.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting4–5 years of accounting/treasury experience and US tax experienceAdvanced Microsoft Excel skillsStrong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insightsKnowledge of financial software and ERP systems (e.g., Netsuite) is advantageousFamiliarity with industry best practicesPeople-oriented with good communication skills and responsivenessSeniority level Mid-Senior levelEmployment type Full-timeJob function Finance, Accounting/Auditing, and ManagementIndustries Food and Beverage ServicesSeafood Product ManufacturingWholesale Food and BeverageReferrals may increase your chances of interviewing.#J-18808-Ljbffr
