Key Responsibilities- Senior Accountant

• 
  

• Lead the monthly close process, including financial statement preparation, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.

  
  
• 
  

• The Senior Accountant will maintain the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger across departments, projects, and cost centers.

• Analyze financial results, identify trends and variances, and provide actionable insights to leadership.

• Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation, reconciliations, and requested schedules.

  
  
• 
  

• The Senior Accountant will partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, process improvements, and special projects that support business performance.

Qualifications- Senior Accountant

• 
  

• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within a manufacturing, engineering, or similar environment.

• Strong knowledge of GAAP and core accounting principles.

  
  
• 
  

• Experience with monthly close, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and variance analysis.

  
  
• 
  

• Proficiency with accounting software or ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
