Senior Accountant

Location: Plantation, FL

Salary $90,000 – 100,000 + 5% bonus

What the Senior Accountant will do:

Prepare and deliver financial statements monthly
Balance sheet reconciliations
Prepare and post journal entries
Research and analyze variances for assigned accounts
Ad-hoc project and process improvements
Manage regulatory compliance by documenting and monitoring internal controls
Identify, investigate, resolve and/or report on identified discrepancies.
Research, analyze and explain variances for assigned accounts and departments and/or markets.
Prepare workbooks as needed for tax, audit and other company reporting requirements.

What the company needs in a Senior Accountant:

3-5 years of full cycle corporate accounting experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance required
CPA or CPA track a PLUS
