Job Details

What You Would Do:

• You would own a portfolio of assets end to end.
• Overseeing financials coming in from third party property managers
• Reviewing JV partner reporting
• Working directly with asset management on performance
• Producing consolidated GAAP reporting across a complex multi-entity structure.
• Layering in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analytics on top of that

• JV accounting, investor reporting, lender compliance, and asset management collaboration
• Ground up development exposure

The package:

Base $100K - $125K
20% discretionary bonus
100% employer paid medical, dental, and vision for you and your family
Monday through Thursday in Midtown, Friday from home
Flexible start time, 8:30 to 10am
