Senior Accountant - Real Estate DevelopmentOur client, a highly regarded real estate development firm, is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Senior Real Estate Development Accountant to be an integral part of their team and contribute to their continued success.Key ResponsibilitiesManage development accounting activities for active construction projects.Prepare monthly construction loan requisitions and monitor loan budgets.Review contractor/vendor invoices, coordinate approvals, and oversee payment processing.Analyze financial statements, review general ledger activity, and prepare GAAP-compliant journal entries.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages.Maintain accurate job cost reporting and ensure project costs are properly recorded.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA, and/or public accounting experience strongly preferred.3+ years of accounting experience within real estate development, construction, or public accounting (with real estate clients) required.Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Advanced Excel proficiency required.Annual salary for this role will range from $95-110k, depending on qualifications and experience.Interested parties, please send your resume to Martin Metz at mmetz@daleyaa.com and/or contact him at 617.832.2048.#J-18808-Ljbffr
