Full responsibilities, required qualifications, and the apply link are listed in the description below.## Resume Keywords to IncludeMake sure these keywords appear in your resume to improve ATS scoringExcelGAAPORComplianceKeyResponsibilitiesPreparePerformSign up free to auto-tailor your resume with all these keywords and get a higher ATS score## Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities* Prepare and post journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracy* Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and assist with month-end close* Process and manage accounts payable, including invoice review, coding, and payment processing* Support semi-monthly payroll processing, including validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution* Support accounting for government contract types (FFP, CPFF, T&M) in compliance with FAR* Assist with maintaining and improving internal controls and accounting procedures* Support external audits and DCAA requests by preparing documentation and schedules* Assist with incurred cost submissions and other compliance-related reporting* Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate cost tracking and financial data integrityRequired Qualifications* 3–6 years of accounting experience* Experience with accounts payable, payroll, and general ledger functions* Working knowledge of GAAP and familiarity with FAR or government contract accounting* Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting systems (Deltek Costpoint preferred)* High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities* Experience working in a small or mid-sized business environment### Preferred Qualifications* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field* CPA or CPA candidate strongly preferred* Experience in a government contracting environment* Familiarity with Paylocity or similar payroll systems* Exposure to DCAA audits or compliance processes#J-18808-Ljbffr
