Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant:
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, and expense processes
• Lead month-end close, journal entries, and general ledger reconciliations
• Maintain fixed asset accounting, schedules, and depreciation
• Oversee sales tax compliance and reporting in Vertex
• Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations
• Support audits and ongoing process improvement initiatives
Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 4–6+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Experience with fixed assets and sales tax compliance (Vertex preferred)
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with QuickBooks or NetSuite strongly preferred
