Senior Accountant – Corporate Accounting
Our client, a growing commercial real estate brokerage firm, is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their corporate accounting team. This role is open due to expansion and offers the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio!

Competitive salary, 85-105k plus bonus (based off experience)
Position Summary
As a Senior Accountant – Corporate Accounting, you will be responsible for month-end close, financial reporting, and analysis for corporate entities. You’ll ensure compliance with GAAP, assist with budgeting and forecasting, and provide insights that support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities: Senior Accountant
- Manage the monthly close process for corporate entities, including journal entries and reconciliations.
- Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP and company policies.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for corporate operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors during audits and reporting cycles.
- Support ad-hoc projects and process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications: Senior Accountant
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2+ years of corporate accounting experience; public accounting background is a plus
- CPA or CPA track is a plus
- Strong technical accounting skills and attention to detail
