Working closely with the Director of Accounting, you will play a key role in strengthening the month-end close process, improving accounting procedures, and supporting the company's continued growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review account reconciliations
- Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts
- Manage general ledger activity
- Prepare and review journal entries
- Support and improve the month-end close process
- Assist with transitioning responsibilities currently managed by the Director of Accounting
- Partner with staff accountants and the billing team to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and efficiencies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related experience preferred
- 4+ years of accounting experience in a corporate accounting environment
- Experience with an ERP system required (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or similar)
- Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and reconciliations
- Ability to work independently in an in-office environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
