The Experienced Accountant is a key member of the accounting team, supporting day-to-day accounting operations and helping ensure accurate, timely financial reporting. In this role, you'll prepare journal entries, complete balance sheet reconciliations, and contribute to month-end close, while partnering with the team to support internal and external audit activities. You'll also play an active part in continuous improvement—helping strengthen processes and controls in alignment with GAAP and company accounting policies.Required Skills3+ years of progressive accounting experienceStrong working knowledge of GAAP and accounting principlesExperience supporting monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activitiesAbility to prepare journal entries and perform account reconciliationsConduct fluctuation analysis on balance sheet and income statement accounts and provide clear explanations to leadershipMaintain the general ledger to support accurate financial reportingSupport and coordinate with internal and external audits, including preparing documentation and responding to inquiriesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience with general ledger applications (preferred: Workday)Strong communication skills (written and verbal)Self-starter who anticipates challenges and works proactivelyHighly accountable team player with a customer service mentalityNice to Have SkillsExperience in financial services or asset managementExperience with analytics and reporting tools such as SQL, Alteryx, Snowflake, Power BI, or similarPreferred Education and ExperienceBachelor's in AccountingPreferred graduate education: MBA or Master's in AccountingPreference toward candidates with progression toward a CPA (preferred)#J-18808-Ljbffr
