This role is critical to that effort.If you're someone who excels in ambiguity, enjoys process creation, and wants meaningful ownership over month-end close, financial reporting, and audit readiness, this is a fantastic next step.DescriptionSenior Accountant Responsibilities: Own monthly close responsibilities across multiple entitiesPrepare journal entries, prepaids, accruals, and fixed asset activityComplete monthly account reconciliations and maintain GL accuracySupport external audit preparation and work directly with a Big 4 partnerTrack and monitor compliance-related documentationAssist in building a standardized financial reporting packageSupport accounting integration for newly acquired entitiesWork on opening balance sheets, working capital adjustments, and onboarding into internal workflowsHelp shape scalable processes as the organization continues to acquire and consolidate businessesSupport system integrations and process improvement initiativesHelp design new accounting workflows as the finance function maturesProfile2+ years of Accounting ExperienceStart-up experience or demonstrated success in dynamic, fast-changing environmentsAudit experience (public accounting or internal audit exposure)Experience building or improving accounting processesBachelor's degree in Accounting or related fieldStrong GAAP knowledgeExperience with month-end close across multiple entitiesCPA (active or in progress)Systems integration exposureJob OfferBase Salary: $80,000-$100,000Bonus: 10% annual performance bonusMerit Cycles: Mid‑year and end‑of‑year review processBenefits: Full package + PTO/holidays (details shared during interview process)Work Model: Fully remote Apply now and your resume will be considered within 24 hours!
