We are seeking an exceptional Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. This is a position where you will play a vital role in the financial planning and decision-making process within our organization. You will be responsible for creating financial reports, analyzing financial data, forecasting future trends, and assisting with strategic planning. You will work closely with senior management to help make informed decisions about the company's financial future. Your ability to analyze financial data and make accurate projections will be critical to our company's success.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct complex financial analyses to determine present and future financial performance.
2. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
3. Develop financial models and conduct benchmarking for decision support.
4. Improve financial status by analyzing results, monitoring variances, identifying trends, and recommending actions to management.
5. Coordinate with other members of the finance team to review financial information and forecasts.
6. Utilize advanced Excel skills to manipulate large data sets and drive insights.
7. Provide insightful ad hoc analysis as needed, demonstrating problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task.
8. Maintain a strong financial analysis foundation creating forecasts and models.
9. Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and decision support.
10. Guide the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial analysis role.
3. Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office, and financial software applications.
4. Hands-on experience with statistical analysis and statistical packages.
5. Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills.
6. Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis.
7. Well informed in current financial subjects, accounting, tax laws, money market, and business environments.
8. Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting models.
9. Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and formulas, including pivot tables, lookups, and complex calculations.
10. Experience with ledger operations and the general financial accounting process.
11. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage well through ambiguity and complexity.
12. Ability to drive projects from start to finish and meet deadlines.
13. Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail a plus.
14. Strong ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work to meet deadlines and achieve desired results.
