Senior Accountant

Meador an Openwork Company is currently engaged in a search to find a Direct HireSenior Accountant for a company located in the South Houston area (77587) . This role ensures accurate, timely financial transaction processing, supports month?end and year?end close activities, maintains general ledger integrity, and manages cash?related workflows. The Senior Accountant will also perform full?cycle bookkeeping for RMP, including AP, AR, cash management, collections, and GL maintenance

As the Senior Accountant you will:

• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
• Maintain general ledger accuracy across multiple entities.
• Perform account reconciliations including bank, credit card, and balance sheet accounts.
• Support month?end and year?end close processes.
• Assist with financial reporting and analysis.
• Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
• Support audits and external reporting requirements.
• Perform full?cycle bookkeeping: AP, AR, GL, cash management, collections.
• Process vendor invoices, customer payments, and expense transactions.
• Monitor subsidiary cash flow and prepare cash activity summaries.
• Maintain subsidiary financial records in accordance with USAI standards.
• Coordinate with RMP operational personnel to ensure timely and accurate financial data.

What you’ll need:

• 5+ years of accounting experience in accounting
• Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or business administration
• Experience with Epicor is a huge plus!

Compensation and Perks:

• $75K - $90K
