Senior Accountant

Drive Financial Accuracy, Where It Matters Most.

Salary Range: $80 - 90k/year based on experience

As a Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of CR&Rs financial reporting. This role supports month-end close, financial analysis, and compliance while partnering closely with leadership and operational teams.

What Youll Do • Prepare and review monthly journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes • Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting controls • Analyze financial data and investigate variances • Assist with audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting • Partner with operations and leadership to support business decisions

What Were Looking For • Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance required • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting • Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience preferred • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
