Senior Accountant - Top Real Estate Firm - West Palm Beach - Hybrid - $85-110k base

A leading commercial real estate owner and developer is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its growing accounting team. This role offers the opportunity to support a high-profile commercial property portfolio while partnering closely with finance and operations in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform month-end close activities, journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement analysis.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with GAAP.
• Assist with cash management, cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Support lender, investor, and audit reporting requirements.
• Analyze general ledger activity and maintain accurate financial records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial reporting and special projects.
• Help improve reporting processes and support system enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, 2+ years of accounting experience within commercial real estate or public accounting. 
• CPA preferred but not required.
