Senior Accountant

System One is assisting a Tulsa company with a search for a Senior Accountant. The successful candidate will work with others who excel in their areas of expertise. This is a full-time, onsite role with competitive benefits and bonus potential.

Responsibilities:

• Track capital project activity and monitor spend versus budget, flagging variances
• Prepare and record monthly capital-related accruals and support monthly close
• Reconcile construction-in-progress activity and support moves to fixed assets upon project completion
• Partner with operations/business leaders to answer capital questions and support annual capital budgeting
• Support audits and provide documentation related to capital projects and fixed assets

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in accounting with experience in project, capital, or fixed asset accounting preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets and reconciliations
• ERP experience
• Detail-oriented and able to communicate effectively with both accounting and operations teams
• Strong work ethic with a great attitude

Salary: $80K - $100K
