Senior Accountant, Tysons

Financial Services Company seeking a Senior Accountant with exposure to Property Accounting

3 to 4 days in-office, onsite 5 days during training

Small-team, will supervise/mentor a staff accountant

Reports to the Controller:

• 3 to 5 years of experience
• Yardi is nice!
• Proficiency in Excel
• G/L, A/P, Cash, A/R, M/E close
• Prepping SEC Reports & SOX disclosures

Experience with straight-line accounting is a huge plus.
