Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
Analyze financial data, identify variances, and provide recommendations
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting
Support internal and external audits
Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies
Manage fixed assets, accruals, prepaid expenses, and balance sheet reconciliations
Partner with operations and department leaders on financial matters
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
Mentor and support junior accounting staff when needed
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
5+ years of progressive accounting experience
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
Experience with month-end close and general ledger accounting
Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
ERP experience preferred (Sage, NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, or similar)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
CPA designation or CPA-track candidates highly preferred

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000+ DOE
