Senior Accountant - Key Responsibilities

• 
  

• Lead key aspects of the month-end close process, including journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation

  
  
• 
  

• Perform technical accounting research and assist with the implementation of accounting guidance and policies

  
  
• 
  

• Maintain and account for fixed assets and related schedules

  
  
• 
  

• Support SEC reporting efforts through preparation of supporting schedules, tie-out documentation, and related reporting activities

  
  
• 
  

• Review accounts payable activity and help ensure strong internal controls and SOX compliance across accounting processes

  
  
• 
  

Senior Accountant - Qualifications

• 
  

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

  
  
• 
  

• Public accounting experience combined with industry accounting experience is highly preferred

  
  
• 
  

• Experience with financial statements, month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, and accruals

  
  
• 
  

• Strong understanding of internal controls and cost/ inventory accounting

  
  
•
