What you’ll do:
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and support close processes
- Manage general ledger activities, reconciliations, and journal entries
- Partner with operations to support inventory and cost-related analysis
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of accounting experience (distribution or inventory experience is a plus)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
- Detail-oriented mindset with solid Excel and system skills
