Ideal candidates have a bachelor's in Accounting (CPA preferred), 3+ years of experience in public accounting or a late-stage startup, strong GAAP knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and a knack for innovative, autonomous work. Familiarity with P&C insurance is a plus.
