The Senior Accounting Analyst plays a core role within the Fund Finance function, partnering closely with internal investment teams and external fund administrators to oversee capital activity, deal funding, and portfolio data integrity. This role supports financial reporting, valuations, audits, and cash planning in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.What You'll DoPartner with the Fund Finance team and external fund administrators to process capital calls, distributions, wire transfers, and investor updatesReview and oversee work prepared by fund administrators, including quarterly financial statements and reporting packagesSupport deal funding operations in collaboration with Investment and Investment Operations teamsAssist in reviewing quarterly private company investment valuationsContribute to annual financial statement audits and coordinate with the Tax team on filingsSupport accounts payable, including invoice review and payment allocationMaintain portfolio data, dashboards, and reporting materials, including portfolio decks and ad hoc analysesManage cash reserves and capital planning for investments and fund expensesIdeal Candidate Background4+ years of experience in public accounting or an industry accounting role, preferably within venture capital, private equity, or alternative asset managementBachelor's degree in business, accounting, economics, or financeCertified Public Accountant designation is a plusStrong experience reviewing financial statements and working with external service providersAdvanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPointExperience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentFamiliarity with artificial intelligence tools and technologies is a plus. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms.
