The Opportunity
The Senior Accounting Assistant is responsible for performing daily accounting functions to support both incoming and outgoing money processes. Functions may include completeness control reconciliations, data entry of wires, processing misdirected money, disbursement of outgoing money, etc. The position will also contain suspense reconciliations. Assistance with cash reconciliation as needed.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze and reconcile financial transactions, cash activity, and suspense accounts to ensure accuracy and data integrity.
Process incoming and outgoing money transactions, including wires, disbursements, and misdirected funds, in accordance with established procedures.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies, outstanding items, and reconciliation exceptions to maintain accurate financial records.
Maintain general ledger accounts.
Develop and enhance accounting processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency, controls, and compliance.

The expected salary range for this position is $41,600 - $50,000. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
