Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Core Responsibilities

• 
  
• Process high-volume accounts receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of daily activities.
• 
  
• Post customer payments, reconcile daily deposits, and match payments to outstanding invoices.
• 
  
• Handle customer inquiries and collection-related calls while maintaining positive customer relationships.
• 
  
• Process batches that generate accounting transactions and assist with pricing corrections and account maintenance.
• 
  
• Manage a designated portfolio of customer accounts and collaborate with team members to balance workload and support departmental objectives.
• 
  

Qualifications

• 
  
• Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred; candidates without a degree will also be considered.
• 
  
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage repetitive, high-volume transactional work.
• 
  
• Collaborative, eager-to-learn attitude with strong customer service and communication skills.
