This consultant will play a critical role in untangling and rebuilding complex intercompany accounting processes across multiple entities, both domestic and international. Ideal for a hands‑on professional who thrives on solving challenging, high‑impact accounting problems.Key ResponsibilitiesLead high-level close processes, including multi-entity consolidationsManage complex intercompany accounting, including international transactions, eliminations, and reconciliationsAnalyze and rebuild intercompany billing structures and processesOwn balance sheet and P&L reconciliation processes across multiple entitiesPerform inventory reconciliations and implement improved inventory controlsIdentify and drive process improvements across accounting operationsSupport the Controller and partner closely with executive leadershipProvide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as neededEstablish scalable accounting processes and documentation in a growing environmentQualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or FinanceCPA strongly preferredProven experience with multi-entity and international/intercompany accountingStrong background in consolidations and financial close processesPrior experience in public accounting or working with external auditors preferredExperience in inventory-heavy environments (required)Demonstrated success in similar project-based or transformation rolesProficiency in Sage Intacct, advanced Excel, PowerBI data/reporting toolsAbility to work independently, solve problems proactively, and navigate ambiguityStrong communication style; collaborative, tactful, and effective in influencing stakeholders#J-18808-Ljbffr
