Director of Finance & Accounting (Ecommerce)
LHH recruitment solutions is hiring for a Director of Finance & Accounting in the Port St. Lucie, FL area. Our client is searching for a director with a strong background in Ecommerce background. This position is working fully in office. Responsibilities to include:
Oversee accounting operations including month-end/year-end close, financial reporting, and GAAP compliance
Coordinate with third-party logistics providers on warehousing, fulfillment accounting, and inventory reconciliation
Lead financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and treasury management
Implement automated workflows and system integrations to streamline operations
Manage and develop accounting team members
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal control requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance / CPA preferred
SAP preferred or large ERP systems
5 + Years Experience with Retail/E-Commerce Sales and Operations, HR / Payroll Processing, Sales Tax, International Sales and Logistics, and Inventory Management.
Process improvement background
Experience in retail / consumer products industry
Knowledge of DTC e-commerce operations and fulfillment required
