    Description

    Exclusive . Parent company is global, US based, profitable, publicly traded and expanding. SBU is a multi-site manufacturer of electronic products sold worldwide. Report to VP Finance and lead a team in all areas of financial accounting (i.e., A/P, A/R, PR, fixed assets, leases, SOX compliance, G/L, monthly close). Upside potential to Assistant Controller.Report to VP Finance for a B2B eyeing $200M in revenues in 2026 and coming off a banner years of record setting revenues and profit. SBU has manufacturing in North America and Europe. This is a lean, best practices SBU that endorses continuous improvement and is building out infrastructure to support organic growth and strong backlog. Center stage role that will expand skills and directly impact B/S and P/L.Lead the month-end closing consolidation process including KPIs and metricsUtilize new technology to streamline accounting processIdentify opportunity to improve working capitalCoordinate the annual budget and short-term forecastingEnsure compliance on technical accounting treatments (i.e., ASC 606) and SOXReview all accounting processes to ensure accuracyMentor and develop a team, local and remotePartner with engineering, supply chain, operations, sales, HR, IT and site GMs on budget management, capital expenditures, tariffs, infrastructure build out, integration of acquisitions, change management, VA/VE analysis, problem solving, and moreREQUIREMENTSBS Accounting required; CPA ideal. Must have 8+ years of business experience that most recently includes financial leadership within a publicly traded manufacturer . Experience needs to include all the areas listed above. Must be willing to travel 15% within North America or to Europe.REWARD$160,000 to $200,000 DOE plus bonus, LTIP, and excellent benefits#J-18808-Ljbffr
