The Role

\n

Newly created position overseeing General Accounting and Accounts Payable, reporting directly to the Controller. Clear path toward a future Controller-level role.

Core Responsibilities

\n

• \n
• Lead and develop the AP and General Accounting teams
• \n
• Own fixed assets, reconciliations, accruals, and month-end close
• \n
• Drive AP process and working capital/DPO strategy
• \n
• Partner with IT on ERP and automation improvements
• \n
• Serve as key point of contact for external auditors
• \n
• Support new facility construction and fixed asset projects
• \n

Profile

\n

• \n
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience (flexible to 7+ for a strong Accounting Manager)
• \n
• Corporate/industry background preferred over straight public accounting
• \n
• Experience at a $250M+ revenue company
• \n
• Strong ERP experience a plus
• \n
• Hands-on and willing to be in the details, not just direct from the top
