We are seeking a Senior Accounting Manager for an established CPA firm in Weymouth, MA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver Assurance engagements end-to-end: financial statement audits, reviews, compilations, and related work.

  • Serve as the engagement lead and primary client contract - from planning through issuance.

  • Mentor and develop junior staff.

  • Move between service lines: pitch in during Tax season.

  • Contribute to a firm culture built on quality work, honest relationships, and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

  • Active CPA license required.

  • 5+ years of public accounting experience.

  • Demonstrated ability to run audit and review engagements.

  • Nonprofit audit experience is a plus.

  • Tax preparation experience is preferred.
