We are partnering with a respected Central Ohio real estate organization to identify a Senior Accounting Manager with LIHTC and affordable housing experience. Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Oversee accounting activities for a portfolio of LIHTC and affordable housing properties
• 
  
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes, financial reporting, and variance analysis
• 
  
• Ensure compliance with LIHTC requirements, GAAP, and investor reporting obligations
• 
  
• Partner closely with asset management, development, and property management teams
• 
  
• Coordinate audit and tax support activities, including partnership accounting and reporting
• 
  
• Evaluate and enhance accounting processes, controls, and workflows
• 
  
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and development support to accounting team members
• 
  

Qualifications

• 
  
• Strong accounting experience within LIHTC, affordable housing, or real estate environments
• 
  
• Knowledge of partnership accounting and real estate ownership structures
• 
  
• CPA preferred or actively pursuing certification
• 
  
• Experience with Yardi or a similar property accounting system preferred
• 
  
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• 
  
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
•
