Senior Accounts Payable Analyst

Pay:

$55,000 - $65,000 a year

Job Description:

This is a Senior Accounts Payable Analyst position located right off the Medical Lake exit near the Petro. Easy access right off the freeway, minutes from Downtown Spokane.

This position is responsible for vouchers and reconciling invoices and master bills. Ensure accurate and timely payments to vendors and suppliers.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Reconcile P.O.s, invoices, and statements between systems
• Use analytical skills to determine correct expense codes
• Prepare, print, and ensure proper authorization of weekly check runs, ACHs, and manual checks
• Maintain and ensure proper authorization of corporate credit card program
• Prepare, print, and ensure proper authorization of weekly check runs, ACHs, and manual checks
• Responsible for Accounts Payable month end closing and timely vouchers for monthly accruals
• Maintain files including vendor W-9s, invoices, statements, and leases
• Review processes and procedures to improve efficiencies
• Research and resolve any issues and discrepancies including contacting vendors or employees
• Other duties as assigned

Education/Experience:

to perform this job successfully, it is preferred an individual have:

• A High School Diploma or a General Education Degree
• Some College preferred
• 24 months of prior experience preferred
