Financial Additions is searching for a Senior Accounts Payable Analyst for a 18-24 month contract position at a large healthcare company. The early phase of the project will be based in Addison and the later phase of the project will be moved to the Plano/Frisco area. Project starts August 3 so interviews will start soon!

Financial Additions is searching for a Senior Accounts Payable Analyst for a 18-24 month contract position at a large healthcare company. The early phase of the project will be based in Addison and the later phase of the project will be moved to the Plano/Frisco area. Project starts August 3 so interviews will start soon!
Responsibilities include:
- Full-cycle invoice processing, handle vendor support/inquiries/database, and disbursements
- 1099 reporting
- Assist with month-end close and system enhancements and automations
- Review and analyze AP data for root causes and trends
- Prepare AP reports for audit and compliance
- 4+ years progessive experience in Accounts Payable Analyst (or similar) role - must have solid understanding of full-cycle AP including 3-way matching.
- Experience working with AP software enhancements or automation initiatives
- Thorough knowledge GAAP, Oracle or similar ERP, and strong Excel
- Analytical, detailed, with strong communication skills
- Team-focused as collaboration with other departments will happen daily
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field highy preferred
