Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

Responsibilities vary depending on the specific corporate function but include:
  • Support the day-to-day success of the Accounts Payable function through accurate account reconciliations, AP aging review, and timely issue resolution
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve invoice discrepancies and maintain strong vendor relationships
  • Provide back-up support for payment processing activities, including in-office check printing as needed
  • Assist with daily dashboards, aging reports, and other reporting that drive visibility and operational efficiency
  • Maintain vendor records and support W-9 administration and 1099 reporting requirements
  • Support timely payment processing in alignment with established schedules
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close activities
  • Document Accounts Payable policies and procedures while supporting continuous improvement initiatives
  • Partner with the Accounts Payable team on departmental projects and cross-functional efforts that enhance processes and service delivery
  • Provide back-up support for daily dashboard and aging reports
  • Support escheatment activities and other compliance-related responsibilities
  • Bring a collaborative, service-minded approach while helping maintain efficient and accurate Accounts Payable operations across a growing national organization
Qualifications:

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of high-volume Accounts Payable experience, including Workday invoice expertise
  • Strong understanding of Accounts Payable processes, financial chart of accounts, W9 familiarity and 1099 reporting
  • Skilled in problem-solving, issue escalation, and handling confidential information
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word); experience with Workday, Concur, Zendesk and NetSuite preferred
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Adaptable, growth-oriented, and eager to learn new skills

Compensation:
Salary range: $70,000 – $75,000 per year
Eligible for performance-based bonus: Yes
