Job Title: Senior Accounts Payable Deployment Specialist
Location: Boise, ID | Duration: 12 Months

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field.

• 8+ years of experience in Accounts Payable (AP), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Shared Services, Finance Operations, or AP transformation.

• Strong knowledge of invoice processing, approval workflows, exceptions, financial controls, and payment processes.

• Experience with UAT, process validation, deployment, go-live, hypercare, or stabilization.

• Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills; experience working with global/multi-country teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent AP Operations throughout global invoice processing transformation and country deployments.

• Validate business requirements, process design documents (PDDs), workflows, controls, exceptions, and country-specific legal/tax requirements.

• Develop and execute UAT scenarios, test scripts, and business test data; track defects, retest, and obtain business sign-off. SIT is owned by technical implementation teams.

• Support deployment readiness, cutover, go-live, hypercare, issue resolution, and transition to steady-state operations.

• Identify process gaps, adoption risks, and improvement opportunities; support global standardization and AI/automation adoption.

Preferred: SAP ECC/S/4HANA, ERP or invoice workflow deployments, intelligent document processing, RPA/AI automation, and global Shared Services/GBS experience.
