Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist

• Reconcile accounts, including unapplied cash, deductions, and discrepancies
• Maintain detailed account documentation and activity tracking in AR systems

Qualifications for the Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist:

• 5+ years of Accounts Receivable and Collections experience
• Experience managing complex, high-volume portfolios
• Background in construction, equipment rental, or industrial services preferred
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
